As a Specialist Teaching Assistant within our Enhanced Pathway Provision, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of SEN pupils, including those with complex requirements. You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupil’s development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.

Co-op Academy Delius has two sites (Barkerend Road, Bradford BD3 and Great Hoton, Bradford BD7), both just 10 minutes from Bradford centre with places for 175 students and 116 staff. All applicants must be willing, and maybe required, to work at either of our Delius sites, BD3 and BD7 and will have an initial induction period.
