Our school has a reputation for excellence in both teaching and technology, and we're looking for a dedicated Teacher of Computer Science to join our vibrant team. We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Computer Science who will inspire and empower our students to embrace the world of technology and facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. The possibility of a TLR2a will be discussed at interview.
Successful candidates will be proactive, well organised and passionate about creating the best possible environment for our staff and students. Experience of teaching across the secondary age and ability using a variety and range of teaching and learning styles, as well as successfully teaching Computer Science in one or more UK state secondary schools at both Key Stages 3 and 4 as a qualified teacher.

Our academy provides a place for pupils aged 11-16. We are easily commutable from all areas of the North West with Swinton train station less than a 5-minute walk away. We have a dedicated team of staff who build and share positive relationships and a caring culture with our wonderful students. This was highlighted in our recent Ofsted inspection (June 2024), where we were graded ‘Good’ in all areas.
