The Role

We're looking for an Finance and HR Assistant to assist and support our Finance and HR Department at Co-op Academy Swinton.


Working closely with the Finance Manager & HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for finance and HR queries. You will assist and support the Finance Manager with performing essential administrative accounting tasks. This also includes processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing expense claims, assisting with payroll and ensuring financial records are up to date. You will also assist and support the HR Advisor with the administration of personnel records, recruitment and data. You will also offer an effective administrative support service, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
