An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Central Trust Team at Co-op Academies Trust. We are recruiting new Regional Managers for Property and H&S.

As Regional Manager of Property and H&S, you will be responsible for the following:
You will also work closely with all Headteachers property managers, business managers, site staff and external, third party representatives. You will work closely with the COO and the Central Trust SLT members. and Regional Directors. You will contribute towards the overall management of the Trust’s building assets portfolio.
Successful candidates will be experienced professionals in the business operations realm feel comfortable to challenge (and be challenged) and feel confident in doing so. You will be proactive, well organised and passionate about creating the best possible environment for all staff, students and stakeholders. Experience of working in facilities management and facilities maintenance at senior level is essential. It is desirable for you to have the relevant Health & Safety qualification but this will be discussed at interview.
