We are currently seeking to appoint a talented and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to 1 cover maternity leave for our existing teaching and learning lead. This is a key role within our Senior Leadership Team at Brownhill; a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their first steps into leadership, someone who has drive, enthusiasm and high aspirations to work in partnership with the Headteacher and other leaders to make a real difference to our Academy and young people. You will lead by example and inspire and develop others, building on our many successes and driving forward Academy improvement. The role will include a small teaching commitment which focuses on intervention for year 6 pupils
With this in mind, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious and engaging Assistant Headteacher; someone who can help shape and deliver a shared vision for the future and who will take an effective lead on Teaching and Learning and ECT development across the Academy ensuring an inclusive environment where no pupil is left behind and all pupils have the support and challenge to be the best they can be. You will support the SLT to ensure effective teaching and learning is consistently delivered across the Academy as well as manage effective inclusion of all pupils across the Academy.
