Join us as a Regional HR Manager
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team and make a real impact across our Trust. This is a great opportunity to join us as we grow and improve our central HR service, helping us provide strong, consistent support to all our academies.
You’ll be an important part of our HR team and play a pivotal role in delivering on key HR priorities through the development and deployment of People and Culture interventions. You will help to build a positive working culture where staff feel supported, motivated and proud to work with us. Our people are role models to our students, so your work will help shape not just our schools, but the future of the young people we serve.
You’ll lead on key HR priorities that support recruitment, retention and staff wellbeing. Working closely with our school leaders, central team and trade union partners, you’ll help to deliver real improvements across the Trust, making sure our schools are great places to work and learn.
You will support the Chief People Officer in the future development of the HR functions to ensure all schools receive a comprehensive HR service.
Location
You will be based in West Yorkshire or Greater Manchester in a hybrid environment. There will be some home/office working combined with some face-to-face attendance in schools in the West Yorkshire area and occasional meetings in Manchester.
