The Role

Join our dynamic school community as a EAL Higher Level Teaching Assistant! At Co-op Academy Grange, we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every student can reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EAL Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team, someone who will deliver effective learning and inclusion interventions, raising attainment and progress through innovative and engage practice.


If you are passionate about education and enjoy working with children, this could be the perfect opportunity. You will play a key role in supporting our students and colleagues, be passionate about working with EAL students and you will be a pivotal, senior member of our committed EAL team. Working closely with colleagues, you will develop learning materials, lead small classes, contribute to planning and work with other teams across the Academy to deliver the best experience for our students.
