We’re seeking to appoint a Business Manager with the strategic vision, passion and commitment to lead and manage the key business functions and associated colleagues across three West Yorkshire primary schools within the Co-op Academies Trust. Working collaboratively with a variety of academy and central team colleagues as well as external partners, this key role focuses on the leadership and management of finance, premises, HR, GDPR, admin and health and safety and is integral to the effective running of operations at all sites.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management and possess relevant qualifications in this field, along with experience of HR/people processes, ideally having worked in one or more schools or Local Authorities. The post holder must also have excellent communication and wider interpersonal skills; confidently securing buy-in, with the ability to both lead teams and work as a member of one effectively.
