The Role

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding colleague to join our Finance Team, who in turn, provide essential support to the staff and students and parents for the academy. The successful applicant will assist with accurate, efficient and effective support to the Finance Manager for the development and operation of the finance function of the Academy.


The Finance Assistant will play a key role in providing a high-quality and timely support service to teaching, colleagues and parents/guardians. They will ensure effective and efficient administration for finance processes at school.

  • Someone with financial and strong administrative experience
  • An excellent communicator with a genuine desire to provide the best service to staff, parents/guardians, contractors & external providers
  • An organised individual who works in a methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Commitment to the aims and ethos of the school.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating calmness when under pressure.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritising effectively. 


This role can either be all year round or term time plus 20 days.
