Vacancy - Premises Officer
35 hours per week
Level 5, SCP 7 - 12, £25,584 - £27,711 pro rata
Actual salary £24,201 - £26,213 (pay award pending)
This is a permanent, whole year position
We are excited to be seeking to appoint a Premises Officer role within our growing and progressive academy. This site and facilities role will play a crucial role in maintaining the premises of our popular and friendly academy.
We welcome applications from individuals who thrive on using initiative, keeping busy and providing excellent support to the academy through the security, safety and maintenance of both internal and external areas.
The role will also play a key role in supporting the transition to a newly appointed Facilities Management contractor. The successful candidate will ensure that ongoing maintenance is carried out efficiently whilst also ensuring that outstanding works are followed up and completed.
