The Role

Permanent:  term time plus 5 days 

Part time/Full time: 30 hours per week minimum (or up to 35 hours per week) 

Hours: 8:00am - 2:30pm (30 hours per week), Monday – Friday (includes 30 min unpaid lunch break)

8:00am - 3:30pm (35 hours per week), Monday – Friday (includes 30 min unpaid lunch break)

Salary: NJC grade 4/5 depending on skills/experience £25,584 - £31,067 full time equivalent salary (pay award pending)

Actual salary: grade 4 - 30 hours per week £18,860 - £20,102

grade 4 - 35 hours per week £22,004 - £23,454

grade 5 - 30 hours per week £20,428 - £22,902

grade 5 - 35 hours per week £23,834 - £26,720

The role 

We wish to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking HR and College Administrator to join our team. We’re looking for an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and initiative. You must have an interest in and understanding of young people and commitment to our shared values and purpose.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team, making a real difference to our students’ lives, and supporting staff to succeed in their roles. Every day will be different. You’ll be valued and recognised as an essential part of our team helping college life to function smoothly.
