The Role

Join us as our HR Systems Manager, leading work across the 38 schools and central team of the Trust, to make best use of our systems and platforms to drive HR outcomes. You will lead on our HR and payroll platform, SAM people, to ensure that we are maximising technology and operating efficiently and effectively. With a flair for innovation, you will suggest and drive forward new ways of working, bringing proven skills to automate work wherever possible and adopt new technology which improves our colleagues' experience. You will provide data and reports from systems on workforce data.
