The Role

Are you a creative communicator with an eye for detail?


We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Communications and Operations Officer to be the driving force behind our academy's profile and efficiency.

This exciting and unique role is your chance to make a real impact, combining two crucial functions:


You will shape the narrative of our academy, actively promoting our vision, values, and achievements across the local community and the wider Co-op Academies Trust. This involves developing engaging content to ensure the community is fully aware of the exceptional opportunities we offer.


You will support the smooth, compliant running of all academy examinations and related operations. This dynamic work requires meticulous organisation and precision to ensure regulatory standards are consistently met.


The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, and proactive, with the opportunity to collaborate and learn from colleagues across the wider Trust network.
